    Job Summary

    The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily shipping and distribution operations. This role ensures that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and logistics providers

    • Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, labels)

    • Verify accuracy of orders before shipment (quantities, destinations, special instructions)

    • Track shipments and resolve any delays or delivery issues

    • Communicate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams

    • Maintain shipping records and update systems with shipment details

    • Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations

    • Negotiate freight rates when applicable and monitor shipping costs

    • Assist with inventory coordination and stock movement as needed

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)

    • 1–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain

    • Familiarity with shipping software and ERP systems

    • Knowledge of domestic shipping procedures

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    We are seeking an experienced Laser Department Lead to oversee daily operations in our laser cutting department. This role is responsible for scheduling employees, programming and setting up laser equipment, monitoring production performance, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and schedule laser department employees to meet production goals

    • Program and set up laser cutting machines for efficient operation

    • Monitor production rates and resolve process issues

    Summary

    Maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the results.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following.

    • Inspect incoming supplies to requirements.

    • Inspect in process product for conformity to blueprints.

    • Inspect finished product to Customer requirements.

    • Document inspection Results.

    • Maintain measuring equipment to equipment calibration standards.

    • Perform Audits for compliance to ISO Procedures.

    • Work with production to resolve nonconformance issues.

    • Participate in MRB boards.

    • Update and maintain Quality procedures and records.

    Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    Education and/or Experience

    Required:                                       

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • 3 to 5 years’ experience in quality inspection role

    • Strong communication, problem solving ability, and understanding of manufacturing processes.

    • Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)

    • Metal fabrication experience

    Preferred

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

    • CMM experience

    Summary

    Build, program, set up, and operate robots. Other responsibilities are to make necessary modifications to equipment to ensure proper motion, troubleshoot robots and weld controllers, and maintain safety standard for all parts of the equipment.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Read blueprints to determine correct sequential processing for welding product.

    • Work with Engineering to develop welding fixtures.

    • Create Robotic welding programs.

    • Setup robotic welders to execute welding programs.

    • Teach operators proper sequence in loading fixtures.

    • Validate weld integrity with nondestructive test.

    • Measure final product to Customer blueprint.

    • Review weld times to validate accuracy.

    • Report accurate quantities in ERP system.

    • Follow Company Quality and Safety policies.

    • Maintain clean and organized work area.

    • Load & Operate Robot to satisfy Customer Specifications

    • Manage and coordinate Preventative Maintenance schedule to ensure equipment is operating to manufacturers specifications.

    Qualifications

    Summary

    To join materials together utilizing the proper welding technique to satisfy customer requirements.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

    • Read blueprints to determine correct process for welding product.

    • Determine appropriate welding equipment and welding sequence.

    • Weld components together to satisfy Customer Specifications.

    • Validate weld integrity with non-destructive test.

    • Report in ERP system accurate quantities completed.

    • Measure final product to Customer blueprint

    • Maintain clean and organized work area.

    • Perform Daily/Weekly Preventative maintenance as assigned

    Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    Education and/or Experience

    Required:                                       

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    ·       3 to 5 years welding experience or 4 years from accredited welding institution.

    ·       Blueprint reading.

    ·       Weld symbols knowledge.

    Preferred:                                       

    • Metal fabrication experience.

    • A valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution.

    Language Skills                          

    Ability to read/write English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, product and component specifications, data sheets and procedure manuals.

    1st shift 5:00am - 3:30PM Monday - Thursday

    Responsible for set-up and operation of laser cutting machines to produce products meeting customer quality requirements. Must also operate and process parts according to print and traveler requirements and monitor machine cutting performance and utilization.

    The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. 

    • Understands Machine setup including program retrieval, proper gases, proper nozzles, and materials.

    • Operate machine to produce parts per specification.

    • Understands startup and proper shut down of machine.

    • Diagnose machine problems while performing jobs and make corrections as needed.

    • Operate Lift trucks to load and unload materials.

    • Ability to read calipers and hand tools.

    • Monitor quality of cutting condition and adjust as needed.

    • Perform Operator maintenance per established schedules.

    • Report quantities produced into ERP system.

    Education and/or Experience
    Required:                                 

    • Good computer skills

    • Ability to read and follow instructions

    • 3 to 5 years’ experience with Bystronic Laser machines

    • 3 to 5 years in Manufacturing environment

    • Experience operating lift trucks

    Language Skills                                  
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, product and component specifications, data sheets and procedure manuals. Must be able to read and write in English.
